Anna proudly carries the title; "Advanced Practitioner of Being a Fucking Human", I would also add a Finance Rock Star, and an extremely wise and grounded woman.

After many years in a career of finance, after two kids and a divorce, she found herself experience a burnout. It took her over a year on sick leave, for her to understand that she had to slow down as first step to find healing. She was introduced to Embodied Yin Yoga and became a teacher of the practice, and in the interview she talks about the wisdom from the practice that helped her through, and much more.

In this show I also talk about the synchronisity of our meeting, which became a lot more than "just an interview" - the matter of fact Anna was an answer to one of my latest prayers. Universe works in magical ways.
