Hello! I have been feeling unmotivated to pursue my hobbies recently. That means it's been especially difficult for me to come back to this podcast. I am here today! I am proud of myself for taking the time to sit down and talk. I have a goal to be more present every day.  In making this a practice, I want to learn more about myself.
