In this episode, you’ll hear from Katie Cosgrove with her talk, “Finding Purpose and Legacy Through Contemplating the End of Life.”

 

Katie is a Certified Trauma Support Specialist, grief coach, and death doula. As the founder of Grief Is Good, Cosgrove makes it her mission to help people approach transition and grief in a beautiful and meaningful way through speaking, writing, and coaching. 

 

In her talk, she explores:

 

• The impact of experiencing a significant number of losses early in life

• How she found her purpose in life and the steps you can take to find yours, too

• The importance of confronting death and mortality rather than avoiding it

• Why living purposefully doesn't necessarily require dramatic life changes
