Katie is a Certified Trauma Support Specialist, grief coach, and death doula. As the founder of Grief Is Good, Cosgrove makes it her mission to help people approach transition and grief in a beautiful and meaningful way through speaking, writing, and coaching.

• How she found her purpose in life and the steps you can take to find yours, too
