Welcome to the Mission Mama Podcast. I’m Danielle Duffey—Grief Educator, Army Veteran, Southern Minnesota Farm Wife, and proud mother of four beautiful children, including my angel son Blake. Thank you for joining me today as we dive into a topic close to my heart." I’m a compassionate connector for women who have experienced deep grief. My life experiences have led me to start this podcast as a therapeutic expression to share wisdom and life lessons after the loss of a child. Life can, and will, move forward after loss.
Thank you for being here. Let’s dive into this episode.
“If you have breath, you have purpose.” Tim Tebow Foundation. The Ed Mylett podcast this morning literally has me in tears because it’s so powerful.
Life is bigger than us. God put it on my heart to support others in grief, and I can’t resist it anymore. This isn’t the life I ever imagined it to be, but I am here for it.
Through my grief, I desire to support others in their own grief. One of the most challenging steps forward in grief that I’ve come to realize is supporting yourself. Healing is important to move forward, and for me, journaling has been an extremely therapeutic practice in my journey.
