Nothing is certain - we know that especially now. Therefore, underneath everything we feel is a baseline of faith or fear. Faith is not a religious word - it is the defining experience of human beings. We either trust the foundations on which we stand, or we live in fear of it collapsing. The lesson Jesus most passionately wants to teach us is that beneath everything else - ‘We matter to God.’
