As I navigated the events of the week including a verdict and another young girl being shot and killed, I found the space for tough conversations to be extremely helpful. I encourage you to find and/or create them for yourself as well.

On March 1, 2020 I found the courage to share reflections and encouragement from my heart. Each week, I unpack events of the week and use them as a launching point to inspire one person. Over time I've increased my goal to 2 people, because I also encourage myself as I aim to apply the words shared to my own life.
