Charissa’s background in film paved her way to Apple where she initially taught creative classes before leading sales, product, customer service, and leadership training programs in Apple stores across North America. 

After receiving her Master’s in Education, Charissa led training initiatives for two venture-backed Silicon Valley tech startups before joining Pandora in 2014. She is currently a Director of Training and Enablement on the Training and Enablement team, where she is incredibly proud of creating programs that bring a culture of creativity and learning to the company.

Charissa and Chris also discuss design thinking, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as finding ways to empathize with your team to create a more positive employee experience.
