All bullshit aside, this was in my top 3 podcasts I've ever recorded and easily the funniest one I've done.

Martyn Odell (The Lagom Chef) is a chef, meal planner, ultra marathon runner and sustainability advocate. Lagom is the Swedish philosophy of living life in "balance and moderation". It's not too much, not too little but just the right amount. This is oddly something I talk about a lot, so it was a great fit to chat to Martyn about his meaning behind this philosophy.

We discussed his life as a chef, working in various restaurants all over the world, the high stress environment and mental health support among chefs. We chatted about eating for pleasure, and the fine line between enjoying food and binging.

We spoke about his change after seeing an unflattering picture of himself, to then turning his fitness around and ending up running some crazy ultra marathons.

He also discussed his time working for Joe Wicks, breaking his penis doing a triathlon and some pretty eye opening stats about why we all need to stop throwing out so much of the food we buy.
