We love sharing stories of women in leadership, and this week I'm excited to present Michelle Mendiola.  Michelle is the Regional Head Of Coaches for Orange Theory in Houston. 

We spoke about setting fitness goals and staying motivated and active. How going from student to coaching and her background in Human Resources helps her role as a leader in Orange Theory.  Why do we believe in the adage that leaders listen, and how leadership isn't a title it's an action?
