With the New England autumn upon us, we have found many of our clients preparing for a long, dark, dragging winter that is leaving them feeling unmotivated. In order to find what motivates you - and keeps you motivated - Liz proposes it's important to find your "why." With a little psychology and a brush up on the Stages of Change, we explore the concept of ambivalence and how it often is a sneaky factor in why we do not stay motivated in our efforts to change.
