Centuries later, four traitor Astartes are crammed into a gunship none of them can fly, chasing a target to a frozen backwater world called Van Celis. The servitors handle the landing — until an autocannon punches through the cockpit and kills the pilot. They crash. Three platoons of guardsmen are dispatched to stop them.
