In this episode, I interview Patricia, a Ghanaian immigrant living in the US with her husband and daughter. We discuss her birthing experience in the US and the resources she found to be most helpful during the perinatal period. Patricia reminds us of the communal care that many Africans enjoy both at home and abroad.
