“Everything happens for a reason”… love it or hate it… there is truth to that statement. 

Every time something new shows up in our lives, we have the opportunity to see it as a blessing. We have the opportunity to see how life is happening for us. We have the opportunity to navigate the experience with an open heart and an open mind, holding space for anything that might show up. We have the opportunity to be grateful for the gems among the shit. 

In the tougher moments…. This is easier said than done, but it can be done and we… YOU… can do it. Join us in a conversation about loving the good the bad and everything in between… because that’s life, and we are lucky to be living it.
