Joseph M. Lenard was born in the 1960s and is very much a person of the 1980s. He is a lifelong (by choice) resident of Wyandotte, Michigan, and former Information Technology professional. Joseph is also a Political/Conservative issues blogger/speaker/writer/vlogger and the holder of 2 dozen+ copyrighted materials. Joseph is with us today to share his journey with leukemia (APL, acute promyelocytic leukemia).
✨A few highlights from the show:
1. Life is serious. You have to keep a sense of humor. It makes the hard things bearable.
2. When it comes to suicide, be someone's Clarence (ref. It's a Wonderful Life). Show them that their life matters!
3. Find a cancer center that can help you with the bills by providing financial assistance.

🦄About Me:
In 2011, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, out of the blue. I did not have any prior health concerns or issues. Fast forward, the dreaded cancer diagnosis opened my eyes, introduced me to my purpose, and lead me to where I am today.
As a Cancer Doula, I use my 11 years of experience with cancer to support and guide others diagnosed with cancer. Many people are not familiar with what a cancer doula is. Think of me as a personal patient advocate. Schedule a free 30-minute Meet and Greet call to learn more. https://bit.ly/OTOSDiscovery
