Join us during this immersive journey that begins with calming music and transitions to a body scan to down-regulate the brain and body and eventually transitioning to deep and progressive resetting of the breath. 


This 22 minute breathwork meditation helps us to clear emotions, slow the tempo of our day, and balance oxygen and carbon dioxide to feel more equal and balanced.
