“…we want to get all that out of them if they bake. You know, do they need a big area for baking? And sometimes, with the (it's interesting), the kbsa concept award, we give them a concept, and they have to design that concept, and that's what we try and get for a customer.”

“And the way things have changed. I mean, boiling water taps have changed things, because the way you make tea, you don't have a sink and a kettle so much anymore. And steam ovens have meant the hob is less reliant now as well, and things like that. So people's way of cooking is definitely changing and being open to that will definitely give you a better kitchen and work better for you.”

“The most important thing is how you use that space. You're not doing it for anyone else. It's you. Your designer will be good at making sure it works, but really hone in on how you use the space, and that will help you with products and units and that side of it.”
