Anni Townend is a leadership partner, facilitator, coach and author, who is passionate about unlocking the power of skilful conversation, where everyone feels included, valued and heard. Along with her colleague Lucy Kid, she co-created a leadership framework called the Collaboration Equation which guides teams and leaders to find their “collaborative edge”. Anni is also the host of the Leaders in Conversation podcast and specialises in helping senior leaders and their teams create safe environments - where meaningful and courageous conversations can happen freely.
