This week we chatted with Tania Figueroa, a Bilingual Life Coach, and what an absolutely AMAZING soul to spend time with! Y'all are going to really love this one. This episode was so fun and uplifting. Tania supports people in creating the life they want by teaching them to be an active participant in the creation of their reality. Her main focus is being the "Right Hand Woman" to people with multicultural backgrounds and helping them find their happiness and fulfillment in every area of their life.
We talked about everything from Tania's experience growing up in Chile and immigrating to the US, to what "boundaries" meant to her as a child and how she navigated learning to define them for herself as an adult, to her career transition into life coaching and how she serves her clients now, to how she navigates boundaries and communication in her relationship with her husband. It was a beautiful and fun conversation, and I am SO excited to bring it to you today!
You can connect with Tania on Instagram @righthandowomanlifecoach or on her website: www.righthandwoman.org, or you can purchase one of her journals on Amazon.
P.S. The book Tania mentioned in this episode is Nonviolent Communication, by Marshall Rosenberg
