The Hedgehog concept was developed by Jim Collins, who has studied and worked with many companies on finding success. Jim believes we should all take the time to answer three important questions. In the middle where all 3 of these questions overlap, is where you will find your hedgehog. This hedgehog is your purpose and where you should spend the bulk of your time and energy. If followed correctly, your hedgehog should lead you towards meaningful, long-term success.
