Welcome back to another episode! In todays episode we go deep... and we chat about independence. This is something I am learning MASSIVELY and I am not perfect whatsoever in this, but there is so much I have learnt and continuing to learn to help improve my independence and self love. This is an ever changing and evolving journey but once you become aware of how to build this and know the steps you can take, it is life changing.
