This is his journey through the joys and absurdities of work life and the struggle to find a balance between personal ambition and the human need for love.

Grant is a servant leader, transformational coach, author, and business consultant who helps people learn how to thrive in our chaotic world. He lives in Charlottesville, VA, with his wife, Ancolien.
