Coming from a dance background of 21 years, transitioning into an ISSA personal trainer and now currently pursuing her career in physical therapy. Gabby talks about how her dancing experiences, have lead her on a path to showing women that that it’s important to take care of your body and lifting weights is an excellent outlet to gain physical and mental strength.
