In this month's class we go back into the darkness, and experience some challenging things. But we also meet up with some of our departed ancestors to help us find the spark that helps to light our fires again.We do some somatic breathwork, using a modified Skull Illuminating breath. We also enjoy a Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath, of course our guided meditation, and finish with some final breathwork to ground back into our bodies. Come and join me for this wonderful class.
