Over the next two weeks we'll be learning about how we can find a grounded spiritual practice when the world seems to be going crazy around us. So we decided to enlist the help--and guiding light--of Ahisha Rose, who as well as being a profound lady with endless wisdom, is also an empowerment coach and mentor. 

She facilitates her work through a wide array of methods, from sound healing to plant medicine and kirtan(plus more!)
