On this episode Don and Dalton sit down with Kathleen Hilchey. Kathleen is a mom, business owner, and one amazing Woman. She is on a mission to help empower people to be better at managing conflict and finding their Strong and Kind. 

During this conversation we touch on both of her passions.  Most of her work is down helping children learning positive strategies to deal with bullying. Outside of this she always does a lot of work with Woman and coaching them to manage conflict and find their strong and kind.
