A woman’s power lies in her silence. Her power is her ability to discern her choice to be silent. A powerful woman isn’t silenced, but rather she CHOOSES to be silent. In her silence, she cultivates wisdom by observation of her environment. She’s watching others, the world, gauging her opportune moment to assert her voice to make the most amount of impact in how she is heard.

The woman who fights to be heard hasn’t yet activated the power of her voice. She hasn’t yet awakened her inner leader. When a woman leads she knows the power of her voice, she understands the delicate responsibility she has in achieving the balance between intent and impact. And she knows that in order to optimize her intent and impact, she must be patient. Her silence is a tool to make her voice LOUDER for those who are ready to hear it.

In a society that pressures you to be impulsive, to rush and move quickly, the modern woman has become disconnected from her voice. This has disconnected her from her inherent prosperity, potential, and personal power because she’s attempting to use her voice to make noise instead of impact.

She’s hollow in the purpose of her voice. Simultaneously draining your money flow because money is attracted to purpose because purpose holds value.
