Francisco Valente Gonçalves is an award-winning psychologist who lived in the UK for 4 years, has travelled to more than 25 countries and, in his own words, made the best decision of his life by moving back to Portugal. Francisco is also the founder of ‘Rumo’, an online platform that helps people with their mental health.
