Finding Yourself in the Music

My Moms’ Mix is an interview and music show where my moms and I explore their lives through music. Every show explores a different time in each of their lives and demonstrates decades of musical exploration. From late 70s jams from artists like the Bee Gees to more current bops from artists such as Lil Nas X, we explore what music can mean for an individual’s life. Each episode is a mix of songs curated by both or one of my moms and a conversation about what significance a particular song had for them.
