For the longest time I felt like I would finally "know who I am" once I had a title. I felt as though a title gave me value. Being a mom has illuminated how many different hats I wear throughout the day and how much better it feels to not have a specific title that defines me. Who are you aside from your titles? How do you make other people feel when they are around you? Removing our titles sometimes allows us to find ourselves.
