The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Chem-Pak Inc. are recalling Finger-Ease Guitar String Lubricants. This product contains chemical contaminants that can irritate your finger skin. Affected is model number 220B and lot code 106824.
About 21,130 units were sold at Sweetwater, Guitar Center and U.S. Band & Orchestra Supplies stores nationwide, and online at Amazon.com, MusiciansFriend.com and StLouisMusic.com.
Don’t strum with this on your fingers. Contact Chem-Pak Inc at 1-888-504-9533 or via email at [email protected] to receive a replacement. To receive it, post photos of the product after marking it “RECALLED” on the container bottom, showing the model # and lot code, and the container in the trash to chem-pak.com/productrecalls.
