It takes more than just good CE. You have to fine tune the overall practice. Where do your cost percentages stand in comparison to similar practices? Is it paying for you to have an associate or a satellite office? Is each member of your team contributing? If any of these aren’t working for you, what can you do to improve them for 2021?
