In this episode, I’m reminiscing on my latest Spartan race and talking about finishing how you started! I am completely and utterly on fire after competing in my final Spartan race of the 2019 season with my team. This race was the most epic and taught me a huge lesson- finish how you started. In this episode, I am sharing the events of this particular race that taught me that lesson as well as how it relates to our everyday lives, especially as we near the end of 2019. How hard did you push yourself at the start of 2019? I am looking at 2019 as a race that has not been finished yet and deserves our all to finish strong and I want you to look at it that way as well.
