Bobby Milioto is a running coach and personal trainer that believes the mind is just as strong and essential as the body. They must work together in harmony to give us opportunities of personal growth and discovery. He created Vivid Running based off these core values. As a United States Navy veteran, father, and husband, he has learned the importance of discipline and consistency, but also compassion and empathy. Bobby's training regime ensures his clients stay balanced with a health-derived nutrition plan, challenging and empowering running schedules, dynamic workout routines and most importantly, a clear and healthy mind. He is your personal running therapist!
