Dr. Joe Thomas currently serves as the Director of the Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the Naval Academy. He is a retired Marine officer, and he served previously as the Class of 1961 Professor Of Leadership Education, and as Director, MajGen John A. Lejeune Leadership Institute at Marine Corps University in Quantico, Virginia. Dr. Thomas earned a PhD from George Mason University.
