This is the introductory podcast for Content 12. Content 12 is about public speaking, “getting up” in front of your group whether it be a group of leaders that you lead, a sports team that you are the coach of or as the leader of a sales team. Whether you lead 5, 20, 100 or 500 team members, you will still find value here. The focus will be on your use of content to tell a relevant story in hopes that your people will hear you, and make a decision to be better because of your content, not because you told them to do so. The first episode is about finishing a month or a season strong even though you are short of the goal you set out for the team. Each episode will contain a leadership tip that you can add to your tool belt. This weeks tip is “The 80/20 rule”.
