Fire Safety/ Infant Loss & Remembrance/ Apple Festival

October is Fire Safety Awareness month. Captain DJ Corcoran tells us what part of the home can be the most dangerous and ignite fires, what we can do to prevent house fires and what to do when there is one. Also, there is a firefighter challenge in Market Square this week with live demos and fun ways to learn more about fire safety.
On this day Michele Silva also talks to the Knox County Health Department's Katie Larsen and Sarah Zimmerman about an event on Sunday, Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day and how the public is welcome to attend. 
It's apple picking and eatin' time in Tennessee. The Washington Presbyterian Church is hosting its annual apple festival this month. Last year they raised $30,000 for mission work. One of the organizers, Tim Adams gives us the details.
