In this webinar, we discussed the pros and cons of military offset programs, which are government-to-government agreements in which a country agrees to purchase military equipment from another country in exchange for that country agreeing to invest in the first country's economy in some way. This can include things like technology transfer, joint ventures, or the establishment of production facilities in the first country.
