In this episode, I take you behind the scenes of a street campaign I carried out in Bristol, where I stopped mothers in public space and asked one simple, unexpected question:
“What would you say to another mum who feels she’s lost herself?”
This episode isn’t about solutions.
It’s about the moment itself.
I share:
Why I felt called to take this question into public space
The deeply personal experience that first made me aware of how invisible motherhood can feel
What it was like to stand on the street and ask this question — and what happened before the answers came
The pause, the silence, and the visible shift in breath, eyes, and body when mothers were asked something they didn’t expect
Three simple observations I noticed across conversations — without analysing or explaining what they mean
How this experience shifted my own instinct to move quickly into meaning-making, and why I’m choosing witnessing over explaining for now
This was a pilot campaign, not a finished project.
And this episode reflects the position I’m standing in right now: a witness who is beginning to notice patterns, but choosing to stay close to the human moment rather than rush into conclusions.
At the end of the episode, I invite you to sit with the same question yourself — not for me, not for the project, but for what happens in you when you hear it.
This episode is for you if you’re craving something slower, more human, and more spacious — and if you know the feeling of disappearing in motherhood, even when everything looks “fine” from the outside.

In this episode, I take you behind the scenes of my Bristol street campaign — where I asked seven mothers one question:
“What would you say to another mum who feels she’s lost herself?”
Their answers revealed powerful patterns about identity, overwhelm, and visibility in motherhood.
We explore:
💬 The phrases nearly every mother repeated
“It gets easier.”
“You’ll find yourself again.”
Why this comfort is also a cultural script — and what it reveals about the lack of support mothers receive now.
🔥 Three core themes from the conversations
Using their exact words, I share what mothers told me about overwhelm, identity blur, and the lifeline of connection.
👁 Why mothers feel lost — and why it’s not personal
Identity isn’t disappearing.
It’s being suffocated by lack of space, witnessing, and visibility.
🧩 Visibility as identity oxygen
How the campaign confirmed my biggest belief:
mothers don’t need to wait for life to get easier —
they need to be seen.
🔬 The Observer Effect of motherhood
A simple metaphor that explains why mothers sharpen when witnessed, and blur when they’re not.

How this project is expanding, where to watch the clips, and what future episodes will unpack about matrescence and visibility.

This isn’t an episode about “losing yourself.”
It’s about what happens when a mother’s inner world is finally acknowledged and honoured.

What if manifestation wasn’t about visualising harder, fixing your mindset, or constantly working on yourself?
What if it was about removing pressure instead of adding effort?
In this spontaneous, reflective episode, I share how my understanding of manifestation has fundamentally shifted — especially through motherhood, nervous system awareness, and the teachings of Reality Transurfing by Vadim Zeland and the work of Richard Dotts.
This isn’t a “how-to” episode.
It’s an invitation to see life differently.
In this episode, I explore:
• Why many manifestation practices feel performative — and why they quietly exhaust us
• How motherhood pulls us deeper into the movie of life, where emotions feel intense and personal
• The concept of being inside the movie vs behind the projector — and why this shift changes everything
• How over-attachment, self-evaluation, and meaning-making create interference
• Why ease comes from subtraction, not effort
• The nervous system’s role in clarity, flow, and receiving
• Why the things that arrived easily in your life likely came without force or pressure
• How desire becomes heavier when it’s tied to worth, identity, or proof
• What it means to receive responsibility, money, ambition, and life itself — instead of managing or controlling it
• Why some cycles naturally close — and why forcing the next chapter creates resistance
This episode is about orientation.
Remembering where you stand.
And allowing life to meet you without struggle.

In this spontaneous episode (recorded in the quiet before preschool pick-up), I share raw reflections about what visibility really means — beyond the nervous system, beyond Human Design, beyond strategy.
Because before you can be seen out there…
you have to learn to see yourself first.
We explore:
💭 Why visibility begins in your own eyes
Before content plans, before strategy — it starts with acknowledging your worth, skills, and lived experience.
💡 How early experiences shape how we “receive” success
I share a childhood story that shaped my belief that I didn’t deserve to receive success — and how that pattern quietly echoed in business, motherhood, and money.
💰 Why visibility and receiving are connected
The way you receive love, money, rest, and even responsibility mirrors how you receive visibility.
If you don’t feel worthy of being seen, you’ll unconsciously block what’s trying to find you.
⚡️ The difference between managing and receiving
So many of us say “I’m managing money,” “I’m managing motherhood,” “I’m managing my time.”
But true power comes when you stop managing — and start receiving.
🧘♀️ A gentle challenge:
This week, see your life through the lens of receiving.
How do you receive your ambition? Your rest? Your role as a mother and a business owner?
⸻
This episode isn’t about visibility as performance.
It’s about visibility as self-recognition.
Because before the world can see your brilliance — you have to see it too.

You’ve been told that mums don’t show up because they’re afraid of being judged.
But what if fear isn’t the real reason?
What if the actual block is that you’re no longer sure who’s doing the showing up?
In this intimate, late-evening recording, I talk about visibility from a place no one prepares you for:
The messy middle.
The in-between.
That liminal space after a major identity shift — like motherhood, midlife, or a business reinvention — where your voice feels distant and your message… unclear.
We explore:
✔️ Why visibility blocks are often identity blocks
✔️ The 3 stages of transformation: separation, liminality, reintegration
✔️ Why you might feel muted — even if you were once confident and clear
✔️ The business beliefs that no longer fit post-motherhood (and what’s replacing them)
✔️ Why voice notes and raw reflections can help you reconnect with yourself
✔️ The nervous system truth no one tells you: “Safety comes before strategy.”
This episode isn’t about bouncing back or powering through.
It’s about naming the invisible — and giving yourself permission to be seen before you have it all figured out.

In this episode of Firestarter Mum, I break down visibility through the lens of Human Design. If you’ve ever felt like you’re “bad at showing up,” this episode will shift everything.
I walk you through how each energy type (Manifestor, Generator, MG, Projector, Reflector) experiences visibility differently—and why the pressure to be consistent like everyone else is actually burning you out.
Expect powerful metaphors (like wildfire vs. lighthouse), practical examples (especially for life coaches), and permission to stop forcing strategies that don’t match your rhythm.

You’ve been told that consistent posting is the key to growth.
But what if your “inconsistency” isn’t a mindset issue — it’s a nervous system message?
In this episode, I break down visibility through the lens of the Polyvagal Theory — in simple, everyday language for mums navigating business, burnout, and big ideas.
We explore:
The 3 core nervous system states and how each one shapes the way you show up online
Why traditional visibility advice often keeps you in fight/flight
What true visibility can feel like from a place of safety and honesty
How to reconnect with your body before pressing “post”
This isn’t about hacks, hooks, or content calendars.
It’s about truth.
And building a rhythm of visibility that actually fits your energy and motherhood.

Welcome back to Firestarter Mum – the podcast for ambitious mothers reclaiming their fire.
After a 10-month pause, I’m back behind the mic—not because everything is perfect, but because I finally gave myself permission to show up imperfectly.
In this solo episode, I reflect on what really happened during the break, why I stepped away from podcast visibility, and how motherhood, burnout, and Human Design helped me redefine what showing up actually means.
I share the truth about trying to hustle like I used to before motherhood, why a digital product business didn’t work for me, and how I found my spark again through aligned, short-form activation coaching and simply letting myself speak—without a script.
If you’ve ever questioned your energy, your rhythm, or whether you’re "doing enough" as a mum in business, this episode is for you.
Because visibility isn't about performance anymore.
It’s about alignment. Truth. Fire.
And trusting your own timing.
