Anything Alvaro tells us, it's more than likely coming from Student Housing.  Rick doesn't know the difference between Silent Hill and Showgirls.  Sometimes it pays to be and idiot.  There's a few conspiracy theories that Rick will entertain, but Flat Earth isn't one of them.  Of course the assistant gets the Shit jobs.  There's so much in this episode that doesn't pertain to the episode.
