The verse of Firefly was notable for many things -- chief among them a unique musical score that controls the feel of the show.
The TV series (2002) and Serenity (2005) film however would differ heavily in their composition. Joe and Mark join forces with Chris and Leslie Lott of Measuring the Score to break down the musical compositions of both properties.
We learn a lot along the way and can't thank our friends enough for helping us.
