Freddie formed what was formally known as IMG Gaming back in 2012 and has been the guiding force behind the business for the past ten years. We talk to him about how he started his career at IMG and how he created the idea of the business that we know today as IMG ARENA. We discuss the company's biggest achievements of the year as well as Freddie's hopes for the future of the business. 

We also find out what he is asking for this Christmas and his hopes for his beloved football team, Norwich City.
