As General Manager for Haiti's leading Internet Service Provider, Thierry reflects on the lessons and qualities he's developed he built from becoming a manager to a partner in the business world.   Thierry started his professional career in 2002 at DHL as Sales Manager, Administrator / Human Resources and then Operations Manager. He did a quick 2 years in the banking industry as Customer Service Supervisor before migrating to Voila (Telecom Operator) where he was Director of Customer Service for 5 years.   Thierry also has an international certification in Customer Operations Management (COPC), and in Project Management (PMI®️), and also applies his expertise for HAINET (Internet Service Provider), as General Manager since 2014. Certified in Salesforce and In Digital Transformation, Thierry founded EDGE CONSULTING in 2019 where he intends to put all his knowledge and experience to the benefit of organizations striving to perform at a higher level, by helping them drive their Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation and Salesforce Implementation initiatives.  Click below to see the video:
