My guest is the cofounder of Life Track & Associates which was started by her mom and herself in Kern County California in the year 2001. At that time, her mother was retiring from the Phone company of which was known at that point as (Pacific Bell).Upon her mother's retirement, she began to look for a way to put Her extra time into good use and they both discovered that there was a deficiency in the field  of Safety training in their local community, therefore, they were inspired to broaden their community by offering the much needed health and safety training courses in English and also in Spanish. They are proud to be a family-owned organization, however, most importantly, they want to help all people feel comfortable in using their CPR skills should they ever need to implement them in cases of unexpected emergencies.
