Next week, Alberta's top doctor will announce details on the provinces plan to administer second doses, including shortening the wait time between doses. To date over 50 percent of Albertans have gotten their first dose, with a total of 9.5 percent being fully vaccinated as of May 26th.

With the province's plan to lift the majority of restrictions if a rate of 70 percent of Albertans over 12 have received their first shot, this might be a long...shot.
