Well, it is Spring, however we here in Canada's Capital are expecting 10- 15cm of snow overnight... Now, truth be told, it won't last for more than a couple of days, it does however affect people's driving habits and attitude. Me, not so much I mean, why get upset over something you've no say or control over.
