First Australian-made spacecraft to host a foreign space agency payload

Science and Engineering researchers at the University of Melbourne are to build and launch a small satellite into space. SpIRIT, which is about the size of shoe box, will be the first Australian-made spacecraft to host a foreign space agency payload, with an X-ray detector provided by the Italian Space Agency. Associate Professor Michele Trenti spoke to the program about the plans.
