Hi guys! I am your show host Brianna Desiree, and I am super excited to be launching this podcast with you all! I am very open to sharing my thoughts, and experiences, in addition to hearing yours as well! There are five main categories that I will discuss within this podcast, but today I will be focusing on the introduction to the series dedicated to the mental health topic. Mental health is a very expandable category to be discussed. So I’m gonna break it down into different segments. This first episode focuses on some of the (3) most important things to zone in on and take into consideration to help the clarity of your mind. 1) Going Outside- in this segment, I will discuss why being outside is helpful to regulate the stressors of every day life . 2) Water/Living water- this segment focuses on how important hydration is for your body and mind in addition to the living water of the father, the son and the Holy Spirit. 3) Choosing to be happy- The last segment here that I speak about is being intentional with your choices, and choosing to be happy. Everything I’m gonna talk about today will be backed up by biblical scripture. My goal is to help people get closer to Christ, and to help those who might be experiencing similar problems that I’ve also experienced in my life.
