Daniels appears on Enterprise and sends Archer and T'Pol back in time to 2004 Earth to learn why three Xindi-Reptilians have been detected in the timeline. Using 22nd-century technology, Archer and T'Pol locate an abandoned factory where the Xindi are developing a biological weapon.

Episode 77- Season 3 Ep 10 “Similitude” 

Season 3 is here and First Flight, and the Carrot Crew, have many things to discuss!  Chris and Abby are hanging out in the polymorphic area of the NX01 again and discussing “Similitude.”

After an accident in Engineering leaves Trip mortally injured, Phlox attempts to save the chief engineer by creating a clone of him to harvest neural tissue from it. In its very short lifespan, the clone grows rapidly from baby to adult, and surprises the crew with detailed memories of the real Trip's life.

Episode 75- Season 3 Ep 8 “Twilight” 

Season 3 is here and First Flight, and the Carrot Crew, have many things to discuss!  Chris and Abby are experiencing time shenanigans, loving hairdos and are chatting about “Twilight.”

After an accident on Enterprise, Archer loses his short-term memory and begins to wake up every day not remembering anything from the day before. Despite the crew's best efforts to keep him involved in decisions, it becomes clear over time that they can't continue to function in this manner, leading T'Pol to become his caretaker and Trip to take command of the ship
