This is the first installment of our five-part series recognizing the growing trend of men getting involved in issues of gender equality, particularly on MBA campuses. As the movement grows, we wanted to gather thoughts and ideas of male allies and share them with you so you can hear some of these inspiring men creating innovative and meaningful dialogue in this space.
In this episode we talk with Kyle Grubman, 2015 graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Grubman shares how witnessing moments of gender inequality led him to help create the Michigan Business Women Allies at Ross. Along with some other male classmates they helped spread awareness and ensure the culture at Ross (and their future places of work) was inclusive for everyone.
