This episode will be the first of many interview we will have as we learn leadership and life experiences of people in San Diego and beyond. We started with someone we already know and got to sit down and share some coffee and good conversation with Ferdi's co-Team Lead at Philz Coffee; none other than Eddie Bernardo! He's first gen Filipino and we wanted to learn how it was like for him to work at Philz, as well as his own personal upbringing as a child of a Filipino immigrant. We'll also learn about his experience living in the Philippines and the irony of getting culture shocked in the land of your own heritage. He will also impart a lot of his own leadership style and motivation and how he relates leadership and life to dancing as well as looking up to his role model, Will Smith!
